For Corporate & Public-Company Travel and Events

Protection that
moves with the company.

Executive protection, secure transportation, and conference and event coverage for Fortune 500 and public-company executives — coordinated through a single operations point across 30+ U.S. markets.

Why Corporate Teams Retain DAW

One contract, one record, every market.

Corporate security and travel teams are managing executive movement that doesn't respect state lines. An earnings tour touches three metros in two days. A board offsite drops a CEO into a market without a corporate office. A trade conference stages a CFO and a press team into Las Vegas for a week. A foreign principal arrives on commercial international and needs a coordinated handoff.

DAW is built for that profile. We hold direct licenses in seven states (California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Montana) and operate across more than thirty U.S. markets through a vetted partner network under DAW oversight — so a single engagement record covers the entire trip.

Twenty-two Fortune 500 companies have retained the firm. The patterns repeat: corporate security teams seeking a partner who can scale across markets without re-papering, travel managers needing a single point of contact across multi-stop itineraries, and event communications teams needing protective coverage that aligns with the way an event actually runs.

Corporate Engagements

The work we do for corporate clients.

Representative engagement patterns — illustrative only, never describing identifiable clients or companies.

/ Earnings Tour

Multi-city CEO and CFO circuit

Three- to five-day secure transportation and protective coverage across two to four metros. Private aviation arrival, downtown investor and analyst meetings, hotel coordination, transfers between cities, return through private aviation. Single operations point across the entire tour.

/ Conference

CES, NAB, Money 20/20, MAGIC, Davos circuit

Multi-agent protective and secure transportation program for executives and an extended team across major conferences. Advance work at convention venues, coordination with resort and venue security, scheduled press and analyst movements, and departure coverage.

/ Public Event

High-attendance venue — corporate principal speaking

Multi-agent protective detail for a public-facing corporate principal at a high-attendance event. Advance, venue coordination, arrival and departure security, press management interface, and secure transportation throughout the engagement.

/ Board Offsite

Two- to three-day private property coverage

Discreet protective and secure transportation coverage for a board offsite at a private property — Lake Tahoe, Big Sky, Napa, Aspen, the Hill Country. Private aviation arrivals, transit to property, on-property posture, and coordinated departures through one DAW operations point.

/ International Arrival

Foreign principal — coordinated U.S. handoff

Protective meet-and-greet at a major U.S. international gateway, secure transportation to corporate-coordinated lodging or residence, residential or hotel coverage during stay, departure coverage to private or commercial aviation. Coordinated end-to-end through one DAW operations point.

/ Crisis & Acute

Threat-response and post-incident posture

Rapid scaling of protective coverage in response to a credible threat, public incident, or post-event exposure — for principal, family, and residence. Coordinated with corporate security, legal, and outside counsel. Sized to step back to normal posture once the acute period passes.

Working with Corporate Teams

How we interface with the company.

DAW works inside whatever structure the company already has — corporate security, executive protection program, travel management, communications, legal, or some combination. We don't displace internal teams; we extend them.

/ Corporate Security

Extension of an internal EP team

For companies with an internal executive protection program, DAW operates as a credentialed extension — covering markets the internal team doesn't directly staff, scaling for high-exposure engagements, and providing surge capacity around earnings, conferences, and board cycles.

/ Travel Management

Single point of contact across states

For corporate travel teams, DAW provides one operations point across a multi-stop itinerary — replacing the patchwork of vendor relationships that emerge when each market requires its own car service, security driver, and protective coverage.

/ Events & Communications

Aligned with how events actually run

For event and corporate communications teams, DAW provides protective coverage that aligns with run-of-show — advance, venue coordination, press interface, secure transportation between speaker prep and stage, and on-location coordination with venue and resort security.

/ Legal & Compliance

Verifiable licensing, documented engagement

For corporate legal and compliance teams, DAW's licensing is documented and verifiable per state. Engagement letters, MSAs, and SOWs are accommodated in the formats public-company legal teams expect, including standard insurance coverage and required certifications.

Common Questions

Corporate engagements, specifically.

Do you work as an extension of an internal executive protection team?

Yes — and that is one of our most frequent corporate configurations. Companies with internal EP programs retain DAW for market coverage outside their internal footprint, for surge capacity during earnings or conference cycles, and for engagements where additional credentialed agents are needed. Internal program leadership remains the principal's primary point of contact; DAW operates inside that structure.

Can you support a multi-city earnings tour or conference circuit on a single engagement?

Yes — and this is one of the patterns the firm is structurally built for. A single operations point coordinates security drivers, vehicles, protective coverage, advance, and venue interface across two, three, or more metros — so the executive and the corporate communications team work with one point of contact regardless of where the trip touches down.

Do you provide insurance certificates, COIs, and standard contractual instruments?

Yes. DAW carries general liability, professional liability, and auto coverage at limits that meet or exceed standard public-company contractual requirements, and certificates of insurance are issued per engagement on request. Standard MSAs, SOWs, and engagement letters are accommodated in the formats public-company legal teams expect.

Can you scale up rapidly for an acute threat or post-incident posture?

Yes — and we do. Rapid scaling for credible threats, public incidents, and post-event exposure is supported across our licensed states and operational network. Coverage is sized to the acute period and scales back to normal posture once the period passes, on a documented engagement basis.

How do new corporate clients typically come to you?

Most often through introduction by general counsel, by an existing corporate client, or by a peer firm or advisor. Direct outreach by corporate security or travel teams also happens, especially when the company is preparing for a multi-state engagement that strains existing vendor relationships. Either path is welcome.

Direct Line

A direct call to a principal.

For corporate executive protection, conference and event coverage, or multi-city travel coordination — every inquiry reaches a principal of the firm.
