How to reach us

By introduction, ideally — but never required.

The vast majority of new clients are introduced to DAW through counsel, financial advisor, family office director, or an existing client. That introduction is not a requirement, but it is the most common path to a first conversation — and it shapes how we expect to be contacted.

For attorneys, advisors, and family office staff: a brief email or call describing the client's circumstance is sufficient. We do not ask for client names at first contact, and we do not require retainers or written engagement letters before a scoping call.

For corporate counsel, security teams, and travel managers: a brief description of the engagement need (route, market, exposure profile, timing) is the most efficient first contact. We will respond with the relevant operating principal directly.

For a principal contacting us directly: please call. The phone is the right channel for a discreet first conversation, and it is always answered by a principal of the firm.
